Unlike other companies which mass-produce their products, using cheap plastic and poor quality manufacturing methods, our products are handcrafted. Everything, even our $2.24 vinyl book covers is hand-sewn with precision, using the highest quality materials. If in the unlikely event that you are NOT satisfied with your order, we will refund you for the products (shipping is non-refundable). If a return is the result of our error, we will refund you for everything including the original shipping paid, and we will even pay for you to return the item(s) to us via regular post! 60-day Warranty Warranty on our products is for 60 days from shipping date. We rarely have problems with our products, as they are handmade with top quality materials. In the unlikely event that there was a flaw or other problem, this would surface during the first few days of use, and will be repaired or replaced free of charge up to 60 days from shipment date (note: not 60 days of receipt). After that period of time, if a problem were to arise, please advise us and we will do our best to satisfy you for as little cost as possible.
