Sliding belt closure: The belt closure is intentionally designed to fit snugly to avoid any accidental openings. If you find it a bit too tight, try this simple trick: apply a small amount of hand sanitizer to the edges of the belt. This will help it slide more smoothly, while still keeping it secure. For further ease when sliding the belt in or out, simply press down on the small loop. By applying this light pressure, you can quickly and effortlessly release the belt.
Regarding our use of the 'cloudy opaque' vinyl for literature pockets: We want to ensure that your literature is easily accessible and protected from damage. Our service folios are made with a special type of 'cloudy opaque' vinyl, which is both versatile and environmentally friendly. Based on extensive experience and user studies, we've discovered that this material is the best option for our folios because it makes it easy to insert and remove literature from the pockets without encountering any difficulties in opening them.
We've observed that other types of shiny, polished clear plastics and vinyl might look more attractive, but they tend to stick and remain closed. Therefore, we've determined that the 'cloudy opaque' vinyl is the optimal choice for our folios.
A note about our handcrafted products:
Our handmade items are crafted using old-world techniques, which means that each piece is one-of-a-kind. We take pride in our work and want you to know that any slight variations in materials only add to the character of your piece. We are unable to accommodate special requests for specific details or materials due to the ever-changing availability of materials. If a friend or family member has purchased a similar item and there are slight variations in materials, please understand that these differences make your piece unique and is not a defect.

Read what others have said about the Leather Ministry Folio for Jehovah's Witnesses in the reviews at the bottom of the page. Here is a sampling:
Leslie Robison. says: Wonderful! I'm so organized now! I love my new portfolio! It's been a few months and everyone asks me where I got it. They also ask me for extra literature since I'm able to carry so much more than anyone else, and it's so effortless. Everything I need and anything I might need is right there! There is 'a place for everything and everything in it's place'. I NEVER thought I'd be one of those people who would use that quote but now I am (in service at least) LOL Thank you Ministry Ideaz!
Edith Blair says: I purchased the JW Leather Ministry Folio for a couple of reasons: 1. We have a lot of rain here in B.C. and I love that my literature doesn't get wet. 2. I also have some medical issues and can't carry a lot of weight. This is the ideal solution. I absolutely love it and feel well prepared with my tracts, magazines, etc. Thank you for coming up with such a wonderful idea!
Dinorah. says: What a great Organizer for the Ministry! My husband picked this one out. He never liked carrying a bulking briefcase or bag in the ministry, but he wanted to be organized and keep his the materials neat and presentable. This completely fit the bill! It's very easy to see when preparing for the ministry what you need to replenish or update. Definitely would purchase again!
Dora S. says: I ordered the service folio for JWs for my husband. We have found the larger cases cumbersome and difficult to place somewhere in the car with four to five people in service. This folio is small, it's neat, keeps him organized and can sit on his lap even while driving or in the space between the two front seats. It's going to be great going forward. Thank you so much for making these available!
